We are looking for a Residential Broker

BW Real Estate is a new, innovative real estate company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We have exciting and expansive growth plans with the goal of breaking the boundaries of traditional real estate. As a Residential Broker, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with clients.

What you will be doing:

- Engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide expert guidance

- Utilising our state-of-the-art CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and drive sales

- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the local real estate market and trends

- Assisting in property valuations, market analysis, and identifying potential opportunities for clients

- Using marketing tools such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle to promote listings and generate leads.

- Collaborating with Brokers to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Closing deals and achieving sales targets, with incentives for every successful transaction

- Attending  regular training sessions to stay updated on CRM, market knowledge, and industry best practices.

What we are looking for: 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate industry

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is a plus

- A proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
