We are looking for a Residential Leasing Manager

BW Real Estate is a new, innovative real estate company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We have exciting and expansive growth plans with the goal of breaking the boundaries of traditional real estate.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Residential Leasing Manager to lead and manage a team of leasing agents. 

What you will be doing: 

- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of leasing agents, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and growth

- Setting and monitoring team goals and performance metrics, driving accountability and encouraging a high level of service

- Fostering a positive team culture that emphasises collaboration, communication, and exceptional customer service

- Conducting regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

- Preparing and presenting reports, analysing team performance and identifying areas for improvement

- Staying informed about relevant laws and regulations related to residential leasing in the UAE and ensure compliance within the team

We are looking for:

- Proven experience (1+ years) in residential, commercial or property management

- A strong understanding of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
