We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist 

BW Real Estate is a new, innovative real estate company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We have exciting and expansive growth plans with the goal of breaking the boundaries of traditional real estate.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent and building a strong brand for BWCapital.

What you will be doing:

- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates

- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs 

- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding 

- Utilising various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events) to promote open positions and engage potential candidates

- Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit

- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records 

- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition 

We are looking for: 

- Proven experience (1+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate sector

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing and interviewing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with internal teams

- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE is a plus
