In a bold move to expand its already impressive coastline, Dubai has announced plans to construct its longest-ever public beach.

The ambitious project, set to be located in Jebel Ali, will span an astonishing 6.6 kilometers and is set to become a major eco-tourism destination.

Approved by Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, the Jebel Ali Beach Development Project aligns with the city's vision to increase public beach space by a staggering 400% as outlined in the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

The new beach will cater to a wide range of visitors, boasting a 2 kilometer swimmable area, a dedicated 2.5 kilometer diving zone, and a picturesque walkway with stunning views. Families will appreciate the designated play areas and recreational zones, while fitness enthusiasts can enjoy the 5 kilometer running track and cycling paths.

Dubai is committed to preserving its natural environment, and the new beach is no exception. A 1.6 kilometer mangrove area will be incorporated into the project, creating a unique habitat for wildlife and offering visitors a chance to experience the beauty of nature.

The monumental project is set to transform Dubai's coastline, offering residents and tourists alike a world-class beach experience. As the city continues to push the boundaries of innovation and luxury, the new beach is sure to become a beloved destination for years to come.
