Dubai Exhibition Centre is set to undergo a significant expansion, further solidifying its position as a leading global events venue.

This ambitious project will not only increase the center's capacity but also enhance its facilities and capabilities, making it even more attractive to organizers and attendees alike.

The expansion of Dubai Exhibition Centre will significantly increase its overall size from 58,000 square metres to 180,000 square metres. The expansion will be completed in three phases with the phase 1 set for completion by 2026, phase 2 expected to be completed by 2028 and the final phase, expected to be completed by 2031.

The expansion of Dubai Exhibition Centre will have a profound impact on the city's economy and tourism industry. Here are some of the key benefits:

  • Increased economic activity: The larger venue will attract more events, bringing in additional revenue for the city through visitor spending, hotel bookings, and related services.

  • Job creation: The expansion will require additional staff to manage the increased capacity, creating new job opportunities in the events industry and related sectors.

  • Enhanced tourism: Dubai Exhibition Centre is already a popular destination for business travelers, but the expansion will make it even more attractive to leisure tourists who are interested in attending events and exhibitions.

  • Improved infrastructure: To support the larger venue, the surrounding infrastructure will also need to be upgraded, including transportation, accommodation, and amenities.

With its expansion, Dubai Exhibition Centre will further cement its reputation as a global hub for events. The center's modern facilities, world-class services, and strategic location in the heart of Dubai will continue to attract organizers and attendees from around the world.
