Naïa Island, a new ultra-luxury development just off Dubai’s Jumeirah coastline, has been unveiled and is set to become one of the region’s most exclusive destinations.

Centered around the Middle East’s first Cheval Blanc Maison, the island will offer a limited collection of suites, villas, beachfront residences and estate plots - all with private beach access and exceptional views of Dubai’s iconic skyline.

The resort-style masterplan emphasises low-rise architecture, open green spaces and coastal terrain, ensuring unobstructed views and close proximity to nature.

Residents and visitors can expect a range of world-class amenities including several fine dining venues, bespoke wellness space and a private marina, all seamlessly integrated to provide a sense of privacy and sanctuary.

While early works have begun, the official completion date has not yet been confirmed. However, reports indicate that the full delivery can be expected by 2029.

This ambitious project reflects Dubai’s ongoing leadership in redefining luxury coastal living and positions Naïa Island as a new benchmark for exclusivity and hospitality in the region.
